How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

We offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligible items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Which organization does Merali Jewels support?

Merali Jewels supports the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

AFSP works to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide through research, education, advocacy, community programs, and support.

Through the Enough Movement, we hope to share messages of self-worth, encouragement, and hope while supporting work that makes a meaningful difference.

How much of my purchase is donated?

Merali Jewels donates 5% of the purchase price from every order to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

We believe every purchase can be part of something greater. As Merali Jewels grows, so will our opportunity to support suicide prevention and bring hope to individuals, families, and communities affected by suicide.
